At THE LEAGUE, I inherited a 4-year-old platform with genuine cultural cachet – celebrity players including Justin Bieber and Vic Mensa, brand partners like Soho House, Kappa, and LRG, and 20,000 engaged followers. In my first week, I built the digital infrastructure they'd been missing: professional website, data capture systems, and monetization framework.
My approach: identify culturally relevant properties with product-market fit but lacking go-to-market strategy, then rapidly implement the systems needed for scale. THE LEAGUE went from Instagram community to streaming-ready media property in 72 hours.
